Our home care service allows the frail, ageing, and disabled to continue living in their homes whilst receiving the care and support they require. Carers can either make intermittent visits to your home or provide you with around-the-clock care. Our Carers will have a wide range of duties that depend on your personal needs. Be it companionship, personal care, or meal preparation.
We provide flexible services that are organised around your specific requirements. Whether you need a carer for a few hours a week, several hours a day, all day, short term, or long basis, we are here to care for you.
What we offer
Live-in Care
Our Live-in care services are a great alternative to moving into institutionalised care. A trained carer will come and live with you in your home and provide you with companionship, home support, nursing care, and personal care around the clock. We are here to ensure that your wish of staying at home will be the best decision you make.
Respite Care
It is a very fulfilling experience to care for a loved one. However, it can be hard work and it is also important to look after yourself. Domiciliary Care
Our domiciliary care services offer care and support in your home by a professional Carer working to an agreed care plan. Your carer may visit you once per day or several times, each visit may vary from 30mins to many hours depending on your needs.
Palliative Care
Our palliative care services aim to ease the burden and increase comfort when one is diagnosed with an incurable disease. We work alongside other healthcare professionals to try and make it achievable.
Companionship Care
We offer dedicated support and care from a passionate and trusted Carer. Our companionship services involve getting help in your home or having a confidant and friend for vacations or just a cup of tea. We tailor our companionship services to suit your needs.
Our home care services are available if one:
